Kaparushka emerged in 2014 after an intense 9-month renovation effort by founders Uriah Aharoni and Liza Talmazsky. Kaparushka is Liza’s nickname, originally from Moldova, who immigrated to Israel at the age of 6. Raised in Kiryat Gat, her passion for baking and the desert led Liza and Uriah to launch Kaparushka in Arad. Their vision was to create a communal haven where quality ingredients and meticulous attention shape a delightful experience.
